The company was set up with the initial purpose of assisting clients in international transactions through our network of associates. The founding partners are Mr Pierluigi Guiduzzi, a UK tax advisor, and Mr Tommaso Caro, an expert in international real estate.. Tommaso Caro


After working as a property broker for several years in Milan, Tommaso Caro moved to London, where he continues to act as an international property consultant. He assists high-profile clients from the world of finance, providing advice on investments in residential and commercial property in London and overseas.

Pierluigi Guiduzzi


Pierluigi Guiduzzi qualified as an Italian Chartered Accountant in 1986 and became a member of the Italian Chartered Accountants Body based in Parma. He practised as an accountant for eleven years, achieving the qualification of Certified Auditor. In 1999 he moved to London, where in 2001 he passed his Chartered Accountant’s examination and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He joined an international tax office in the same year. In 2006 he set up his own business assisting Italian clients seeking to trade in the United Kingdom and British clients wishing to invest in Italy.
